Ted joined Chittenden Group in April 2013, bringing over 15 years of insurance experience to his role as a commercial insurance broker. A 2010 graduate of St. Lawrence University with a B.S. in Mathematics, he began his career as a reinsurance workers’ compensation underwriter at Catlin Underwriting, Inc. and took on the role of President of the Chittenden Group in 2023. Ted is passionate about building strong client relationships, understanding their unique business operations, and developing tailored risk management strategies to protect their corporate assets. He is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent and holds key industry designations, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Workers Comp Professional (WCP), and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe). He resides in Woodbridge, CT, and enjoys playing lacrosse, golf, hockey, and squash.
