David has been working with individuals throughout the State of CT, offering them personal lines insurance solutions since 2008.  He brings a firsthand knowledge of the real estate industry in CT, having owned and managed several properties.  He has earned his CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation and is working toward his CPRIM (Certified Personal Risk Manager) accreditation.Mr. Pires, a lifelong Naugatuck resident, is active in the Naugatuck community as well.  He currently resides in Naugatuck with his wife and three children.
