As President & CEO of The Employers Association of the NorthEast, she leads their team of HR and Learning & Development professionals as they deliver best practices around compliance, employee relations, effective employee engagement strategies and employee development initiatives. Allison is a current Board Member and Workforce Chair for the Massachusetts State Council of SHRM, Vice President of the Board for the Mason Wright Foundation, President of the Board for MassHire Springfield and the Chair of the Springfield Regional Chamber’s Legislative Steering Committee. Javiel is a seasoned Health and Safety professional with 20 years of experience in highway, infrastructure, commercial, and residential construction. Bilingual in Spanish and English, he is highly effective in high-risk management on fast-paced commercial projects. Javiel is proficient in identifying root causes, implementing hazard controls, and reducing risks, liabilities, and worker injuries. He is skilled in administrative reporting and OSHA recordkeeping, and he is experienced with electronic reporting platforms such as ISNet World, iAuditor, HCSS, and Harness Up.

He has managed union workers on Federal and Army Corps of Engineers Clean Water Infrastructure projects, including underground tunnel projects, ensuring compliance with environmental controls and testing measures. Javiel is well-versed in managing health and safety records, conducting baseline testing, and ensuring compliance with DOL, OSHA, EPA, DPH, and MSHA regulations. He has overseen infrastructure installations, such as natural gas pipelines and conduits, and is knowledgeable about various Microsoft applications.

Javiel has developed project-specific plans, emergency response plans, and training programs, and he is experienced in incident investigations and OSHA claim litigation. He has led corporate meetings and safety events, implemented corrective actions, and supervised compliance with OSHA, DEEP, and EPA standards for state and federal projects. Additionally, he has created Health and Safety Plans (HASP) and managed project communications. Javiel is a certified lead and asbestos abatement supervisor/contractor with a thorough understanding of DPH, EPA regulations, and 40 CFR and 59 CFR standards in the tri-state area.
